Xerocomm Guarantee:

1. With the purchase of a complete kit including the cabinet, we fully guarantee all components delivered by us, with the exception of electron tubes, switches and potentiometers. We guarantee the functioning of the equipment according to the specifications as publicized for a period of three years.

2. No warranty if damage caused by:

a. Utilizing or installing constructions other than prescribed, inaccurate usage, or obvious damage caused by the user.
b. Any damage caused by using the equipment outdoors such as lightning, water damage, fire, burglary, force, war, etc.
c. Any damage caused by faulty repairs and/or applying of components other than prescribed.

3. Shipping is not included. Equipment will be delivered to us by the owner, and after the repair is completed, will be returned to the owner at the owner’s expense.

4. Following the three year warranty period, an additional 2-Year warranty is given for the electronic tubes. As of 07/01/2009, labor will be charged at $95.00/hr. USD.
